Rung in memory of Philip Vracas who rang at Kilburn, was involved in the project to bring full circle change ringing bells to Ypres and has the treble dedicated to him and, as he would have wished, to the memory of the many known and unknown soldiers who served in the First World War.

In particular we remembered Frank Baulcombe, great great uncle of the six ringer (18.02.1891 - 05.10.1915) of the Oxford and Bucks light infantry 6th battalion who was killed at Neuve Chappelle in the Battle of Loos, Reginald Mason, great great grandfather of the 2 ringer and Charles Herbert French, related to the 3 ringer of the 24th Royal Fusiliers who was killed in an attack on German lines between Serre and Beaumont Hamel on 16.11.1916 aged 19.
