First peal of Major 1. First peal of Major with a bob bell 4. Rung as a birthday compliment to H. G. Thomas, also to Mr. John Overton, the much-esteemed foreman ringer of the above tower, who attained his 85th birthday that day. All are regular Sunday service ringers.

First peal. Rung to celebrate the golden wedding of Mr. and Mrs. McCorquodale, of Cound Hall, chief donors to the cost of the rehanging of the bells.

Rung half-muffled as a tribute of respect to the late Mr. T. C. Rowley, for many years headmaster at the Boys’ Council School, Coalbrookdale, who was also a sidesman at Holy Trinity Church.
