Rung half-muffled as a tribute of respect to the memory of William Phillips, who died December 12th, aged 85 years, and was interred at Brampton, near, Ross, on December 15th. He was for over 60 years a ringer at Foy and for the last eight years a member of the Ross band of ringers.
