This composition is now rung for the first time. This is the first peal of Stedman Caters in Cambridge, the anchor's town. Messrs. Washbrook and Hounslow hail from Oxford, F. Pitstow and E. A. Pitstow from Saffron Walden; Rockett, Taylor and Eusden belong to the Cambridge Youths; E. B. James and H. L. James, to St Michael's Juniors, Gloucester and Cambridge University Guild. First peal on the bells for 38 years. Messrs. Rockett, Andrews, E. B. James, H. L. James and Eusden were elected members of the Association before starting.
