P.A.U.L.I.N.E peal, rung to thank our friend Pauline McKenzie for all her help and encouragement over the years, and especially for her part as a member of the band that rang the first 41 spliced by a Devon band on these bells in December 2004. Ian, Paul, James and Mike were in that band, together with Pauline and Lester Yeo who sadly was unable to make it today. We were delighted that Pauline and Reg were able to join us and many of our partners for lunch afterwards so that five of the original 41 spliced band were present.
