The original five bells, which were unringable for many years, were rehung and augmented in 2021 in a new frame. The former second was replaced with a new bell.

Ringers 5, 7 and 8 carried out many hours of labour. The band wish to associate Anthony Williamson, Robert Walton, Paul Molyneaux, Amanda Jefferies and Caroline Ball with this peal, all of whom worked on the project.

Rung open prior to the funeral of Colin Walter as a tribute and celebration of his life. Colin was a stalwart member of the Aston Clinton tower for many decades and gave great service to ringing through the Oxford Diocesan Guild, the Post and Telecoms Guild, the Chiltern Midweek Group and by his support for developing ringers through 'Colin's Classes' under the auspices of the Aston Clinton Ringing Centre. Other members of Aston Clinton tower unable to attend variously through holiday, health or work but wishing to be associated include Roger Powell, Sue Powell, Roy Woodruff, Alison Bayley and Linda Rothera. Thanks to the Master of ODG, Catherine Lane, for bringing and raising the ODG standard.
