First peal in the method - 6. This peal was specially composed and arranged as a birthday compliment to Miss I. Daly of Checkendon, Oxon, but the bells not being available on the day previous the peal of Minor at Horsham St. Faith's, was substituted as a birthday peal.

First peal on 12 bells - 8, 9. Mr. Jeffs is from Titchmarsh, Northants, and Mr. Lovett from St. Saviour's, C. I, for whom this peal was especially arranged. After the peal Mr and Mrs Lovett, sen, entertained the ringers at their home at Lound.
