Rung at the end of a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Lily Sara O’Connor aged 21 who passed away on the 6th April ‘23. Lily led the fullest of lives despite having Batten Disease. The packed church heard warm stories of her love of horses, her bravery and being an inspiration to others. Soloists, Trumpeters and Quartets gave a sense of occasion and the bellringers rang for 21 minutes in celebration of her life.
Special thanks to Keith Merritt standing in at last minute as local ringer John Fuller came off his cycle & is currently in Frimley Park Hospital, our wishes for a speedy recovery.
