Rung after the funeral of Clifford Beadle, a Frensham ringer for over 50 years, including 38 years as Tower Captain. Clifford died in December aged 89 years, and to mark this we included the 89 changes of Grandsire as the last part of the QP. Grandsire and Stedman were two of Clifford’s favourite methods.
Andrew Glover, Jo Wenborne (née Shepheard) and Rachael Barber (née Seamons) wish to be associated with this QP. Andrew and Jo were both taught to ring by Clifford, and Rachael benefited greatly from her frequent visits to Frensham practices during Clifford’s captaincy.
