Rung as a birthday compliment to Mrs W E Varah, the wife of the vicar, and the 1253rd anniversary of the dedication of the church. The ringers of Treble and 3rd hail from Grimsby, 4th, 5th and 6th from Leicester, and 7th and Tenor belong to the local company. The ringer of the 2nd was on a visit to his native place.
