Rung in commemoration of the centenary of the death of Tom Clement Oglesby Private 46652. 124th Coy, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry), formerly 21245 Lincolnshire Regiment killed in action on 8th October 1916 in the Somme offensive. Tom Oglesby was a member of the band at this tower until he enlisted.
