Rung in memory of Brian Broad and Hector McLean both members of this village who both made a considerable amount of help towards the augmentation to 8 in this tower. Brian was a member of the parish council and managed to secure the parish council to donate the new treble bell as the village bell. Hector held multiple events in his garden to fundraise money for the augmentation. Hector was also Appointment Secretary to the Archbishop of Canterbury and York in his working career.
