He used this composition for the first peal of Bristol he conducted in 1977. Adrian learned to ring in this tower, being the last person taught by Ernest (Sid) Bailey, one of the renowned Bailey Brothers of Leiston. Diana Pipe, James Smith, Mike Whitby, Stephen Bedford and Owen Claxton, all fellow 100+ pealers, wish to be associated with this tribute. The band are also all members of the Society of Royal Cumberland Youths, of which Adrian was proud to have been a member. Rung on the occasion of Amanda's birthday, an age to which most of the band still aspire!
