Bradford Hammerton Street Depot was a Traction Maintenance Depot located in Bradford, West Yorkshire, opened in March 1883. The depot was near Bradford Exchange station, and had an allocation of steam engines until 1958, when it closed to steam engines so it could concentrate on diesel engines. After that, it had an allocation of Class 03, 04, 05, 08 and 20 locomotives as well as Class 104 and 110 DMUs, until its closure in 1984.

First in method: 5. Rung in celebration of the baptism of Edward (Teddy) George Arthur Nott, son of Hannah and Andy and grandson of Sue Marriott (a ringer at Tostock), at St Andrew's Church, Tostock on Sunday 23 July 2017.

Rung half-muffled on the centenary of the death of Frederick Uriah Gladwell. Born in Rattlesden in 1892, lived at Redbrick Cottages, Buxhall. Enlisted in York in 1915 and posted as Private 17/510 to the 17th (Service) Battalion (North East Railway Pioneers) Northumberland Fusiliers. Posted to France and arrived at Le Havre on 21 November 1915. In October 1916, his battalion became attached to GHQ as a Railway Construction Unit. Frederick was one of two 17th Battalion fatalities two days before the start of the Battle of Passchendaele, killed in action on 29 July 1917 aged 25. Private Gladwell is buried in Gwalia Cemetery, Ieper, Belgium.

Rung half-muffled to mark the centenary of the start of the Battle of Passchendaele on 31 July 1917, and to commemorate the fallen.

In memory of Cpl George Charles Noble, ringer at Newmarket All Saints, who fell in the Great War on this day in 1917.
