Daniel managed the bakery in Magor and was well known in the local community. Amongst the ringers of Magor and Redwick (and indeed ringers throughout the Monmouth Diocese) he was renowned for his wonderful 'Mega Party Pizzas' which were 30" diameter and which he produced three at a time for the many bell ringers' socials (including quizzes and ringing courses) at Magor Church Hall. Always cheerful, he will be sadly missed. Ironically, the day after his death, his wife gave birth to their baby.
