Dorset County Association — Mini Ring at Kingston Maurward

Following the recent publicity about the initiative to recruit 1400 new ringers by the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day in 2018, the Dorset County Association of Church Bell Ringers have discussed at their recent Annual General Meeting how they might contribute to this. Consequently they are planning the Stallpits Mini-Ring to be present at the Kingston Maurward Open Day on Sunday 24th June 2018 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. There will be an opportunity for ringers as well as the general public to ‘have a go’ with a view to potential new ringers signing up and be taught in local towers.
