Hereford Diocesan Guild — RingFest 2026 (Church Stretton District)

HDGB Church Stretton District is holding its first ever Ring Fest and Open Day at Bishop’s Castle on Saturday 15th August! 🔔🔔🔔 This day will provide an opportunity to ring what you like with members of your own tower and/or others, so that we can show everyone what ringing is all about and hopefully pick up some enthusiastic new recruits. There won’t be a striking competition - just a celebration of what our local bands can ring on the lovely ground-floor six at Bishop’s Castle. We will also have Matthew Higby’s ’Peals on Wheels’ with us all day, along with experienced ringers who will be able to instruct absolute beginners on how to ring it. All welcome, whatever district or association you belong to - the more the merrier! Come and join in the fun between 10:30 and 16:30 🔔 Lots of other activities and treats will be on offer.
