BLACKBURN CATHEDRAL TEN BELL PRACTICE
THE NEXT PRACTICE
Our next open 10 bell practice will be:
I allow for all levels of experience, so everybody that comes along will get a chance to ring. Please feel free to pass on the invitation to anyone that you think would be interested. If you would like me to remove your name from my email list, please let me know.
It would help if you could let me know that you plan to come along. This is so I can keep you up to date with any changes and so I can make sure we have enough ringers.
PARKING IN BLACKBURN
There is limited parking in the Cathedral Court if the gates are open. The access is from Dandy Walk. Head south on Darwen Street and turn left immediately before the Postal Order (J D Wetherspoons) just after you pass the Cathedral entrance. Access to Cathedral Court is via the iron gates on the left. If Cathedral Court is full or the gates are closed, you will need to use one of the town centre car parks.
There are many car parks in Blackburn town centre. Those closest to the cathedral include Weir Street, Mill Lane, Fleming Square, The Mall, Fielden Street multi-storey, Fielden Street Undercroft, and Morrisons. There is also a privately-owned car park next to Fleming Square. The following website shows only council car parks.
The ten bell practices are held quarterly, as follows:
