Middlesex County Association & London Diocesan Guild — N&E Annual District Meeting, Edmonton 14:30–20:00

Saturday, 16 February 2019

All Saints, Edmonton is on Church Street, N9 9AT

This meeting confirms the programme for the year, elects the officers who organise district events, training opportunities and manage the responsibilities to the Association. It is open to all members, including those about to be elected as new members, and it is useful if there is a representative from each tower in the district for the meeting.

The plan for the afternoon is: Ringing 3.30 to 4pm Service 4pm Tea and meeting 4.30 to 6.30 (ish) Ringing until 8pm (could be earlier if the meeting finishes earlier)

We are looking for contributions towards tea. These should require nothing more than paper plates and a fork and can be savoury or sweet. Please let me know what you plan to bring so I can make sure we have a good range - lucy.chandhial@yahoo.co.uk

We will also have a raffle so please bring any suitable raffle prizes. The raffle raises money for the Bell Restoration Fund and across the year the raffles make a significant contribution to the fund.

All Saints, Edmonton is on Church Street, N9 9AT. It is a 6 minute walk from Edmonton Green overground station (just follow Church St). Edmonton Green overground links to Seven Sisters on the Victoria line, to Liverpool St, to Hackney Downs and to Enfield. The church website says that there is limited parking and that parking on the grass outside the church or blocking the access ramps by parking can lead to the car being towed and fined. There is a shopping centre at Edmonton Green with 1000 parking spaces. This costs £1 per hour and is 9 minutes walk away. The post code for the car park is N9 0TW. There are 8 bells with the tenor weighing 15-3-9.
