Especially arranged and rung half-muffled following the funeral at Hythe Parish Church of the late respected Andy Whitehead (a Treble in the Parish Church choir, 1978), which drew a capacity attendance. Andy & Steph his widow have been regulars at The Shepherd & Crook Inn here for many years. This attempt was begun following the conclusion of the private family farewell at Hawkinge Crematorium. Miss Ellie Cronk (whose parents attended the funeral) of the local band, who was unable to ring due to work commitments, would like to be associated with this performance.
