On the evening of the 384th Anniversary Supper of the Ancient Society of College Youths.
Rung prior to practice night to celebrate the happy anniversary upon which deliverance of the Three Estates of England was obtained, from the most traiterous and bloody-intented massacre by gunpowder and to celebrate the tercentenary this year of the casting of a 9cwt ring of five by John Waylett, hung in the current frame in this tower, of which bells 2, 3 and Tenor (canons since removed) still remain.
Also a forthcoming birthday compliment to the Conductor, and for the 20th wedding anniversary which occurred this week of Vicki & Kevin Jacques, whose wedding the Conductor rang for.
As above, the bells were fired at the start and again at the conclusion of this performance.
