Especially arranged and rung for the 80th birthdays of Mrs Beryl Hutchens and Dave Farnham (Tenor man), members of this local band.
Also 75th birthday compliment today to Dr N. Berkeley Hill, for over 47 years, Organist & Master of the Choristers at Hythe Parish Church (now the only boy & men choir remaining in a Parish Church in the Diocese and County) and birthday compliments on Saturday last to F.R. Wenham Esq., Tower Captain of Stone in Oxney and Appledore, whose father rang in a peal of Grandsire Triples on these bells in 1913.
This performance included a first quarter-peal ringer on bell 6
