+ First Bristol Max
Also commemorating the 27th anniversary to the day of the first QP with the Society of the 3rd ringer (also Bristol Max at St Sepulchres). The bracketed dates relate to the year of election to ASCY of the four ringers in today's attempt who are Society members. The attached picture shows the band, and to the right of the band are a Victorian noticeboard and Victorian clock presented to this tower last month by the conductor to commemorate his twenty years membership of the ASCY. His membership certificate which also hangs on the wall here is also pictured, and should like to associate D. Paul Smith (Master, ASCY 1995-96) with this attempt (he arranged the band for the 1996 attempt mentioned herein).

This performance is linked to the event Kent County Association — Rochester District Quarter Peal Month.
