Rung on the front three bells ‘The Keltek Trust Three’ in memory of Reverend RICHARD DORRINGTON of Bodmin, who sadly passed away earlier this year on 10th May aged 71, and whose ashes are today being interred in the stunning setting of St Winnow’s Churchyard in Cornwall which overlooks the River Fowey, and were Richard & Bryony rang together regularly (Richard rang his last quarter peal there).
The Society’s thoughts are especially with his wife Bryony, married to Richard for just short of 50 years - today would have been their Golden Wedding Anniversary.
Richard was a past Ringing Master of the Society 1973 - 1976, with both him and his wife Bryony joining the Society back in 1968. Today’s conductor is the present Ringing Master of the Society.
