Rung in affectionate memory of John P Partington. John called Mike's first quarter peal, arranged his first peal and was a good friend of all the band. First quarter on the bells which were previously owned by Ruth Mansley. Along with her husband Walter she rang both Tower and handbells (tunes) with John over a long period.
