Rung to celebrate Armed Forces Day, to show our support and thanks to all those involved in the armed forces past, present & future.
This quarter was rung whilst the Right Worshipful the Mayor of Lincoln, Councillor Chris Burke, officially opened the City’s Armed Forces Day Celebrations with the Parade of Standards up to the City War Memorial on the High Street. After this the Mayor was officially shown around the various stands and displays within the City centre on the High Street & Cornhill, just up from St Mary-le-Wigford’s.
