The support available. 10.15 – 10.30 New technology: What students can download from the internet and use at home to improve their understanding Sessions for new users Sessions for occasional users Sessions for more frequent users 10.30 – 11.45 1A Practical on dumb bells. An opportunity to try the different applications and gain an overview. 1B Beltower, Virtual Belfry and Abel compared and how they can be used in the early stages 1CHardware and peripherals. Troubleshooting common problems. Improvements you can make to make better use of your installation. 11.45 -1.00 2A Hardware and peripherals. What you will need. Where to buy. Where to go for help setting it up. What it would cost and how it could be funded. 2B Practical on dumb bells. An opportunity to try the different applications and some Learning the Ropes exercises. 2C Beltower, Virtual Belfry and Abel compared. The special features and how they can be used in the early stages. 1.00 – 2.00 Lunch – including an opportunity to talk to the presenters 2.00 – 3.15 3A How simulators can be used in the early stages of teaching new ringers. 3B Hardware and peripherals.
